The E-flite DRACO 2.0m Smart (EFL12550) is a 2.0-metre wingspan RC bush plane available in BNF Basic format, built for intermediate to experienced pilots who want outstanding STOL performance and scale realism in one package. This is the only officially licensed scale replica of Mike Patey's full-size DRACO, reproduced by E-flite in a highly detailed EPO airframe with a factory-applied finish. The BNF Basic format means you supply your own compatible Spektrum transmitter, battery, and charger, while the model arrives with a Spektrum AR637TA Smart receiver pre-installed, complete with AS3X stabilisation and optional SAFE Select technology. AS3X works silently in the background to counter wind and turbulence, while SAFE Select can be switched on as a safety net during tricky conditions — making this RC plane genuinely approachable for pilots moving up to larger, more complex models. Powered by a high-power brushless outrunner motor driving a scale four-blade propeller, the DRACO 2.0m accepts 4S to 6S LiPo batteries ranging from 4000 to 7000mAh, giving you the choice between smooth, scale-paced flight on 4S or strong vertical performance on 6S.
