The Traxxas Slash 4X4 VXL (TRX68386-4) is a 1/10 scale ready-to-run brushless short course truck built for high-speed bashing across a wide range of surfaces. Unlike the 2WD Slash, the 4X4 drivetrain gives you confident traction on loose dirt, gravel, grass, and rougher terrain where rear-wheel-drive trucks struggle. Power comes from the Velineon brushless motor system, which delivers serious speed straight out of the box without any motor upgrades needed. The EHD (Extra Heavy Duty) designation and clipless body design point to a truck built to take hard use — the clipless body mount system removes the need for traditional body clips, making post-run body removal quicker and more convenient. This is an intermediate to advanced-level RC truck; the brushless power system rewards drivers who already have some throttle control experience.
