The E-flite Ultra Stick 1.1m BNF Basic (EFL14050) is a 1.1-metre fixed-wing RC plane built for sport flying and aerobatics, suited to intermediate and experienced pilots. Based on the design of the larger Hangar 9 Ultra Stick models and inspired by the iconic Mini Ultra Stick, this updated version uses built-up balsa and lite-ply construction for a lightweight yet stiff airframe that outperforms moulded foam models in handling and durability. It arrives as a Bind-N-Fly Basic, meaning the electronics are factory-installed and ready to bind to a compatible Spektrum DSMX transmitter — no building required beyond a quick bolt-together assembly. The BNF Basic version includes AS3X stabilisation technology and optional-use SAFE Select flight envelope protection, making it more approachable without removing the aerobatic capability that sport flyers are after. Compatible with 3S or 4S LiPo batteries in the 2200–3200mAh range, this RC plane offers a wide performance window from relaxed sport flying through to basic 3D aerobatics.
